Thoroughly enjoyed how relaxing the property was and its incredibly nice staff who were tryng their best to deliver a service. The room was great and large with a new card which worked in 2nd bedroom when I arrived. The setting was particularly good for celebrating birthday.

The location was great and lovely and I could use private parking onsite. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

Our location was handy and decent nowhere to walk in the area. The room met requests, it was a nice size with table and chairs and TV plus toilet.

Above average and delicious breakfasts with a pancake machine and hot items, as example. Perfect and excellent location in the restaurant Sunday roast for rest.

It made my trip to St Albans a lovely experience. The hotel was great relaxing, the staff were proactive. Booked a room with a comfy bed. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location, London Luton airport was 25 km away. This venue was set in a pretty comfortable area.

Great pool, marvellous location right on the roundabout on the North Orbital. Compact and spotless room with a spacious bathroom and a safe, central heating, and an iron.

The bed was comfortable and the room was brand-new & functional. Handy location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

Really good building and lovely sized rooms with a comfy bed. Marvellous location in the pretty quiet area, just off St Albans centre as well as the noke restaurant and the oak and avocado, both great.

Marvellous central location just next door to restaurants and public areas, the tunbridge wells one, and communal areas. Also, the hotel was 25 mins walk from Maze. The room was lovely sized and soundproof with free breakfast and I greatly enjoyed the traditional-style building.

Had the double room which was airy with a double shower and bath. The location was great and fab as for me, just next door to a nearby Pub and conferences and weddings.

We stayed in the double room with twin beds and really enjoyed it. The vibe here was quiet. The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to the centre of London, St Albans over the weekend and the attractions close by. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Maze.

Actually, the room was spotless and airy with twin beds, it also had wake-up service.

Modern accommodation with incredibly nice staff members especially corrina the receptionist. Great room with the bathroom, a comfy bed and even a hair drier. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Nice garden and very clean pool. A very comfortable restaurant for breakfast.

Good and unbeatable location for our needs, close to the tunbridge wells one which is lovely, hugely popular restaurants and central london. A wide range of excellant items for continental breakfast.
